Figure-1: Immunofluorescent analysis of cortical neuron-glial cell culture from E20 rat stained with rabbit pAb to ALDH1L1, (34-1006), dilution 1:1,000 in red, and costained with chicken pAb to GFAP,(34-1046), dilution 1:5,000 in green. The blue is DAPI staining of nuclear DNA. The ALDH1L1 antibody labels protein expressed in the cytoplasm of non-neuronal cells. The GFAP antibody stains intermediate filaments in astrocytes and other glial cells.
