Figure 1: Total cell lysates from Jurkat cells were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF membrane, and probed with Mouse Anti-Human Smac/DIABLO . Proteins were visualized using Goat Anti-Mouse IgG, Human ads-HRP secondary antibody and chemiluminescent detection.
