ABEOMICS custom Wnt reporter assay utilizes the proprietary Wnt reporter cell line system. Wnt reporter system containing the TCF/LEF response element is designed to monitor the transcriptional activity of TCF/LEF. Wnt reporter assay services include screening of agonists/inducers/antagonists that affect the TCF/LEF transcriptional activity, EC50/IC50 evaluation of TCF/LEF agonists/inducers/antagonists, and functional analysis of Wnt signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
