Source: Escherichia Coli.
Sterile Filtered clear solution.
TRAIL Receptor-3, also known as TNFRSF10C belongs to the TNF-receptor super family. TNFRSF10C contains an extracellular TRAIL-binding domain as well as a transmembrane domain, however no cytoplasmic death domain. Furthermore, TNFRSF10C is not capable of inducing apoptosis, and is considered to act as an antagonistic receptor which protects cells from TRAIL-induced apoptosis.
TNFRSF10C Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 234 amino acids (26-236 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 24.6 kDa.TNFRSF10C is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
