ABEOMICS custom TNF-beta reporter assay utilizes the proprietary TNF-beta reporter cell line system. TNF-beta is a cytokine produced chiefly by T and B lymphocytes and functions as a mediator of the inflammation and immune responses. TNF-beta reporter system is designed to monitor the TNF-beta promoter activity. TNF-beta reporter assay services include screening of agonists/antagonists that affect the TNF-beta induction, EC50/IC50 evaluation of those agonists/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of TNF-beta induction-related signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
