ABEOMICS custom TLR7 reporter assay utilizes the proprietary TLR7 reporter cell line system. Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) is one of the key innate immune receptors which create innate immune signals that also activate adaptive immunity. TLR7 reporter system is designed to monitor the TLR7-induced NF-kB activity. TLR7 reporter assay services include screening of TLR7 agonists/antagonists, EC50/IC50 evaluation of TLR7 ligands/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of TLR7 signaling adaptors/mediators. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
