ABEOMICS custom TLR5 reporter assay utilizes the proprietary TLR5 reporter cell line system. Toll-like receptor 5 (TLR5) is one of the key innate immune receptors which create innate immune signals that also activate adaptive immunity. TLR5 reporter system is designed to monitor the TLR5-induced NF-kB activity. TLR5 reporter assay services include screening of TLR5 agonists/antagonists, EC50/IC50 evaluation of TLR5 ligands/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of TLR5 signaling adaptors/mediators. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
