ABEOMICS custom TLR4 reporter assay utilizes the proprietary TLR4 reporter cell line system. Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) is one of the key innate immune receptors which create innate immune signals that also activate adaptive immunity. TLR4 reporter system is designed to monitor the TLR4-induced NF-kB activity. TLR4 reporter assay services include screening of TLR4 agonists/antagonists, EC50/IC50 evaluation of TLR4 ligands/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of TLR4 signaling adaptors/mediators. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
