ABEOMICS custom TLR3 reporter assay utilizes the proprietary TLR3 reporter cell line system. Toll-like receptor 3 (TLR3) is one of the key innate immune receptors which create innate immune signals that also activate adaptive immunity. TLR3 reporter system is designed to monitor the TLR3-induced NF-kB activity. TLR3 reporter assay services include screening of TLR3 agonists/antagonists, EC50/IC50 evaluation of TLR3 ligands/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of TLR3 signaling adaptors/mediators. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
