ABEOMICS custom Tim-1 reporter assay utilizes the proprietary Tim-1 reporter cell line system. Tim-1 (T-cell Ig and mucin domain 1) is known as a receptor for Ebola virus, which binds Ebola glycoproteins (Refer to attached data). Tim-1 reporter system is designed to monitor the Tim-1-induced NF-kB activity. Tim-1 reporter assay services include screening of Tim-1 agonists/antagonists, EC50/IC50 evaluation of Tim-1 ligands/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of Tim-1 signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
