STAT4 Reporter Assay

ABEOMICS custom STAT4 reporter assay utilizes the proprietary STAT4 reporter cell line system. Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 4 (STAT4) is a member of the STAT transcription factor family and plays a central role in generating inflammation during protective immune responses and immune-mediated diseases. STAT4 reporter system is designed to monitor the transcriptional activity of STAT4. STAT4 reporter assay services include screening of agonists/antagonists that affect the STAT4 transcriptional activity, EC50/IC50 evaluation of STAT4 agonists/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of STAT4 signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
