ABEOMICS custom STAT1 reporter assay utilizes the proprietary STAT1 reporter cell line system. Signal Transducers and Activators of Transcription-1 (STAT1) is induced by various cytokines and growth factors, and mediates the expression of interferon-stimulated genes. STAT1 reporter system is designed to monitor the transcriptional activity of STAT1. STAT1 reporter assay services include screening of agonists/antagonists that affect the STAT1 transcriptional activity, EC50/IC50 evaluation of STAT1 agonists/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of STAT1 signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
