ABEOMICS custom SRE reporter assay utilizes the proprietary SRE reporter cell line system. SRE reporter system is designed to monitor MAPK/ERK activity or GPCR-linked MAPK/ERK signaling pathways. SRE reporter assay services include screening of MAPK/ERK signaling agonists/antagonists, EC50/IC50 evaluation of those molecules, and functional analysis of GPCR-linked MAPK/ERK signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
