It is known as glucocorticoid-induced TNFR family-related gene, and also as an intracellular ligand of CD27, which are both members of the TNFR family expressed on lymphoid cells. There isnÂ’t much known about the signalling pathway underlying the Siva-induced apoptosis.SIVA1 expression is modulated in multiple pathological processes.
SIVA1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 198 amino acids (1-175 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 21.1 kDa. SIVA1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His tag at N-Terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
