ABEOMICS custom ROR-gamma reporter assay utilizes the proprietary ROR-gamma reporter cell line system. RAR-related orphan receptor gamma (ROR-gamma) is a nuclear receptor expressed preferentially in Th17 cells, and drives Th17 cell differentiation. ROR-gamma reporter system is designed to monitor the ROR-gamma promoter activity. ROR-gamma reporter assay services include screening of agonists/antagonists that affect the ROR-gamma induction, EC50/IC50 evaluation of those agonists/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of ROR-gamma induction-related signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
