ABEOMICS custom ROR-alpha reporter assay utilizes the proprietary ROR-alpha reporter cell line system. ROR-alpha reporter system containing the ROR-alpha response element is designed to monitor the transcriptional activity of ROR-alpha. ROR-alpha reporter assay services include screening of inverse agonists/ antagonists for ROR-alpha and EC50/IC50 evaluation of inverse agonists/ antagonists for ROR-alpha. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
