ABEOMICS custom RIG-I reporter assay utilizes the proprietary RIG-I/NF-kB reporter cell line system. Retinoic acid-inducible gene-I (RIG-I) is one of the key cytosolic innate immune receptors which create innate immune signals that also activate adaptive immunity. RIG-I reporter system is designed to monitor the RIG-I-induced NF-kB activity. RIG-I reporter assay services include screening of RIG-I agonists/antagonists, EC50/IC50 evaluation of RIG-I ligands/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of RIG-I signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
