Alternative Name : | Fructose-2,6-bisphosphatase TIGAR, TP53-induced glycolysis and apoptosis regulator, TIGAR, C12orf5. |
It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized TIGAR in sterile 18M-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions. The Specific Activity was measured by its ability to protect U2OS cells from apoptosis induced by hydrogen peroxide is in a concentration range of 0.1-5.0 µg/ml, after pretreating with rHuTIGAR-TAT for 4 hours.
