Source : Escherichia Coli. The S100A7A Human Recombinant is manufactured with N-terminal fusion of 9 amino acids His Tag. The S100A7A His -Tagged Fusion Protein is a 12.3kDa protein containing 109 amino acid residues and 9 additional amino acid residues - His Tag . S100A7A takes part in epidermal differentiation and inflammation thus is significant for the pathogenesis of psoriasis and other diseases.
Add pyrogen free water to a working concentration of 0.5mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
