Recombinant Human Lymphocyte Antigen 64 is produced by our Mammalian expression system and the target gene encoding Trp24-Gly626 is expressed with a Fc tag at the C-terminus. CD180, also known as RP105, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein with extracellular leucine-rich repeats (LRR) typically found in Toll-like receptor (TLR) family members. There are more than 320 CD unique clusters and subclusters have been identified. Different kinds of cells in the immune system can be identified through the surface CD molecules which associating with the immune function of the cell. The cell surface receptor complex RP105/MD1 which is formed by RP105 interact with a MD1 extracellular molecule, and then the complex lead to proliferation and up-regulation of a costimulatory molecule B7.2/CD86 by inducing B-cell activation in humans and mice. RP105 also plays a role in LPS response because B cells lacking RP105 show hyporesponsiveness to LPS.

Endotoxin : Less than 0.1 ng/µg (1 IEU/µg) as determined by LAL test.

For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic/therapeutics procedures.

Subcellular location: Cell membrane
Tissue Specificity: Expressed mainly on mature peripherical B cells. Detected in spleen, lymph node and appendix. Not detected in pre-B and -T cells.
BioGrid: 110242. 1 interactions.
