Source: E. coli.
MW :69.2kD.
Recombinant Human CaM kinase ID is produced by our E.coli expression system and the target gene encoding Met1-Lys385 is expressed with a GST tag at the N-terminus. CAMK1D is a serine-threonine kinase that is a member of the calcium calmodulin-dependent protein kinase family. It contains a protein kinase domain. CAMK1D expressed in polymorphonuclear leukocytes and may be part of the chemokine signal transduction pathway that regulates granulocyte function. It may also be involved in modulation of neuronal apoptosis. It activates CREB-dependent gene transcription, regulates calcium-mediated granulocyte function and respiratory burst and promotes basal dendritic growth of hippocampal neurons.
