Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Recombinant 2019-nCoV Spike RBD-6His at 2μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Human ACE2-Fc, the EC50 of ACE2-Fc is 4-6 ng/mL.
