Nrf2 Reporter Assay

ABEOMICS custom Nrf2 reporter assay utilizes the proprietary Nrf2 reporter cell line system. Nrf2 is a transcription factor that regulates the expression of many antioxidant proteins that can protect against injury- or inflammation-triggered oxidative damages. Nrf2 reporter system containing the antioxidant response element is designed to monitor the transcriptional activity of Nrf2. Nrf2 reporter assay services include screening of agonists/inducers/antagonists that affect the Nrf2 transcriptional activity, EC50/IC50 evaluation of Nrf2 agonists/inducers/antagonists, and functional analysis of Nrf2 signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
