NF-kB Reporter Assay

ABEOMICS custom NF-kB reporter assay utilizes the proprietary NF-kB reporter cell line system. NF-kB is a key transcription factor that is involved in immune and inflammatory responses, developmental processes, cellular growth and apoptosis. Dysregulation of NF-kB has been linked to cancer, chronic inflammation, arthritis, asthma, neurodegenerative diseases and heart diseases. NF-kB reporter system is designed to monitor the transcriptional activity of NF-kB. NF-kB reporter assay services include screening of NF-kB signaling agonists/antagonists, EC50/IC50 evaluation of NF-kB agonists/inducers/antagonists/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of NF-kB signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
