The 2A3 antibody was obtained by hybridization of Mouse NS-1 myeloma cells with spleen cells harvested from BALB/c mice immunized with phytohemagglutinin-activated human T cells. The 2A3 antibody is a CD25 clone and used as an Isotype Control for rat IgG2a antibodies.
The antibody has been analyzed for quality through the flow cytometric analysis of the relevant cell type. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
