Figure 1: Staining of neuroblastoma SHSY-5Y cells with 34-1090 which binds to nucleoli (green). Cells are also stained in red with chicken polyclonal antibody to neurofilament NF-H 34-1080 in red. DNA is revealed with DAPI which binds DNA. Since nucleoli are found in the nucleus the punctate green fibrillarin stain is overlaid with blue, giving a pale whitish signal.
