The MPC-11 monoclonal antibody is expressed by a cell line adapted from the Merwin Plasmacytoma-11, and has unknown specificity. The MPC-11 line was obtained by intraperitoneal implantation into a BALB/c Mouse of a Millipore diffusion chamber and is used as an Isotype Control for Mouse IgG2b antibodies.
The antibody has been analyzed for quality through the flow cytometric analysis of the relevant cell type. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
