The CNX46-3 monoclonal antibody specifically binds to mouse CD160, a glycosyolphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchored membrane glycoprotein. It is reported to regulate NK cell activation and is expressed on a subset of T, NKT, NK cells, and all intestinal intraepithelial lymphocytes. CD160 broadly binds to classical and non classical MHC class I molecules.
The antibody has been analyzed for quality through the flow cytometric analysis of the relevant cell type. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
