The LG.7F9 monoclonal antibody binds to CD27, 45 kDa molecule in the Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor (TNFR) superfamily. It is expressed on memory B cells, NK cells, mature T cells, and a subset of thymocytes. Cd27 is involved in the interactions between B and T cells through its ligand CD70. The LG.7F9 antibody is cross-reactive human, mouse, and rat CD27.
The antibody has been analyzed for quality through the flow cytometric analysis of the relevant cell type. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
