Fig-1: Human Peripheral Blood Lymphocytes were stained with 2µg of anti-hFoxP3 antibody using CD4 + CD25 positive cells. Green represents isotype control (ABEOMICS), red represents anti-hFOXP3 antibody (10-4074). PE conjugated Goat anti-mouse secondary antibody (ABEOMICS) was used.
