ABEOMICS custom MDA5 reporter assay utilizes the proprietary MDA5/NF-kB reporter cell line system. Melanoma differentiation-associated protein 5 (MDA5) is one of the key cytosolic innate immune receptors which create innate immune signals that also activate adaptive immunity. MDA5 reporter system is designed to monitor the MDA5-induced NF-kB activity. MDA5 reporter assay services include screening of MDA5 agonists/antagonists, EC50/IC50 evaluation of MDA5 ligands/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of MDA5 signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
