ABEOMICS custom IL-6 reporter assay utilizes the proprietary IL-6 reporter cell line system. Interleukin-6 (IL-6) is a cytokine that plays a pro- and anti-inflammatory role. IL-6 reporter system is designed to monitor the IL-6 promoter activity. IL-6 reporter assay services include screening of agonists/antagonists that affect the IL-6 induction, EC50/IC50 evaluation of those agonists/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of IL-6 induction-related signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
