ABEOMICS custom IL-17A reporter assay utilizes the proprietary IL-17A reporter cell line system. Interleukin-17A (IL-17) is a key cytokine produced by Th17 cells, of which gene is induced by RORs. IL-17A reporter system is designed to monitor the transcriptional activity of ROR gamma or ROR gamma(t). IL-17A reporter assay services include screening of inverse agonists/antagonists for RORs and EC50/IC50 evaluation of inverse agonists/ antagonists for RORs. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
