ABEOMICS custom hypoxia reporter assay utilizes the proprietary hypoxia reporter cell line system. Hypoxia reporter system containing the hypoxia response element is designed to monitor the transcriptional activity of hypoxia-inducible factors (HIFs). Hypoxia reporter assay services include screening of agonists/inducers/antagonists that affect the HIF transcriptional activity, EC50/IC50 evaluation of HIF agonists/inducers/antagonists, and functional analysis of hypoxia signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
