Description :Recombinant human PIP Protein with C-terminal human Fc tag
Background : Enables IgG binding activity; aspartic-type endopeptidase activity; and identical protein binding activity. Involved in several processes, including detection of chemical stimulus involved in sensory perception of bitter taste; negative regulation of T cell apoptotic process; and proteolysis. Located in extracellular space and nucleus.
Molecular Characterization: mass of 39.7 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of PIP-hFc is approximately 35-55 kDa due to glycosylation.
Tag :C-Human Fc Tag
