Description :Recombinant human NTRK2 Protein with C-terminal 6×His tag
Background : This gene encodes a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) family. This kinase is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway. Signalling through this kinase leads to cell differentiation. Mutations in this gene have been associated with obesity and mood disorders. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
Molecular Characterization: mass of 45.0 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of NTRK2-His is approximately 55-100 kDa due to glycosylation.
Tag :C-6×His Tag
