Thioredoxin (Trx) is small, multi-functional protein with oxidoreductase activity. It is a 12 kDa redox protein with disulphide oxidoreductase activity. It has been used as an epitope tag in expression vectors. Trx-tag Antibody, pAb, Goat is developed in goat using purified recombinant Trx-tag fusion protein. It is suitable for detecting fusion proteins that contain a Trx tag.
ELISA: 0.05-0.2 µg/ml
Western blot: 0.1-1 µg/ml
Reconstitute the lyophilized powder with deionized water (or equivalent) to antibody concentration of 0.5 mg/ml.
