Source : Escherichia Coli.
GNGT1 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single,
non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 94 amino acids (1-71 a.a) and
having a molecular mass of 10.6kDa.
GNGT1 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus
& purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Guanine Nucleotide Binding Protein Gamma Transducing 1, also known as
GNGT1 is amember of the G protein gamma family. GNGT1 is implicated in various
transmembrane signaling systems as a modulator or transducer. In addition GNGT1 (beta & gamma chains)
is required for the GTPase activity, for replacement of GDP by GTP, and for G
protein- effector interaction.
