Source : Escherichia Coli.
GABARAPL1 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 137 amino acids (1-117 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 16.2kDa (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). The GABARAPL1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
GABARAPL1 [Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptor-associated protein-like 1] is a member of the MAP1 LC3 family. GABARAPL1 increases cell surface expression of kappa type opioid receptor through facilitating anterograde intracellular trafficking of the receptor.
