Source : Escherichia Coli. EXOSC3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 298 amino acids (1-275 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 32.0kDa. EXOSC3 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. Exosome Component 3 (EXOSC3) is a non-catalytic component of the human exosome, a complex with 3'-5' exoribonuclease activity. EXOSC3 takes part in various RNA processing and degradation activities including degradation of histone mRNA. Linked pseudogenes of EXOSC3 are located on chromosome 19 and 21.
