DC-SIGN Reporter Assay

ABEOMICS custom DC-SIGN reporter assay utilizes the proprietary DC-SIGN reporter cell line system. DC-SIGN (dendritic cell-specific intercellular adhesion molecule 3-grabbing nonintegrin) is known to bind Ebola glycoproteins (Refer to attached data) and enhance infection of macrophages and endothelial cells. DC-SIGN reporter system is designed to monitor the DC-SIGN-induced NF-kB activity. DC-SIGN reporter assay services include screening of DC-SIGN agonists/antagonists, EC50/IC50 evaluation of DC-SIGN ligands/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of DC-SIGN signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
