Description :Recombinant Cynomolgus CD73 protein with C-terminal 10×His tag
Background : The protein encoded by this gene is a plasma membrane protein that catalyzes the conversion of extracellular nucleotides to membrane-permeable nucleosides. The encoded protein is used as a determinant of lymphocyte differentiation. Defects in this gene can lead to the calcification of joints and arteries. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Molecular Characterization: mass of 59.8 kDa after removal of the signal peptide. The apparent molecular mass of cCD73-His is approximately 55-70 kDa due to glycosylation.
Tag :C-10×His tag
