ABEOMICS custom CRE reporter assay utilizes the proprietary CRE reporter cell line system. CRE reporter system is designed to monitor cAMP/PKA signaling activity or GPCR-linked cAMP/PKA signaling pathways. CRE reporter assay services include screening of cAMP/PKA signaling inhibitors/agonists/antagonists, EC50/IC50 evaluation of those molecules, and functional analysis of GPCR-linked cAMP/PKA signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
