Source : HEK 293. CD5L Human Recombinant produced in HEK cells is a single, glycosylated, polypeptide chain (Ser20-Gly347) containing a total of 334 amino acids, having a calculated molecular mass of 36.9kDa and fused to a 6 aa His tag at C-Terminus. CD5 antigen-like (CD5L) participates in the regulation of the immune system. CD5L functions as an inhibitor of apoptosis. CD5L is expressed in the spleen, lymph node, thymus and bone marrow.
It is recommended to add 200µl deionized water to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely. CD5L is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
