AP-1 Reporter Assay

ABEOMICS custom AP-1 reporter assay utilizes the proprietary AP-1 reporter cell line system. Activator protein 1 (AP-1) is a group of dimeric transcription factors composed of Jun, Fos and ATF, which regulates various cellular processes such as differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis.  AP-1 reporter system is designed to monitor the transcriptional activity of AP-1. AP-1 reporter assay services include screening of agonists/antagonists that affect the AP-1 transcriptional activity, EC50/IC50 evaluation of AP-1 agonists/inhibitors/inhibitory antibodies, and functional analysis of AP-1 signaling pathways. Assay results will contain a written report and downloadable Excel- or Prism-based data.
