Anti-Dxd antibody(1A12); Rabbit mAb
Figure 1. Elisa plates were pre-coated with IgG-Dxd (0.2μg/per well). Serial diluted anti-Dxd monoclonal antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before Elisa reading. From above data, the EC50 for anti-Dxd monoclonal antibody binding with IgG-Dxd is 3.690ng/ml.

Description :Anti-Dxd antibody(1A12); Rabbit mAb
Dxd is a potent anti-cancer drug, acting as an alkaloid camptothecin analog and a DNA topoisomerase I inhibitor. It forms a stable complex with topoisomerase I and DNA, impeding DNA replication and inducing cancer cell death. Dxd is utilized as a payload in specific antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), with examples such as trastuzumab deruxtecan targeting HER2 and patritumab deruxtecan targeting HER3.
