(A) Anti-human B7-H5 mAb does not bind to 293T cells that do not express B7-H5.
(B) A clear peak shift of anti-human B7-H5 mAb was seen compared to the control when incubated with B7-H5-expressing THP-1 cells, indicating strong binding of anti-human B7-H5 mAb to B7-H5. Antibodies were incubated at 5 Î¼g/mL.
